By accessing or using Kinaro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all users of the service.

Description of Service

Kinaro is a privacy-first AI companion application designed to help you maintain relationships, protect your time, and handle daily coordination tasks. The service is provided "as is" and we continuously work to improve it based on user feedback.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Kinaro.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Kinaro for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to reverse engineer the application
• Using the service for harassment or abuse
• Sharing your account with unauthorized users

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the application at least 30 days before they take effect.
